ကမ္ဘာ့အကြီးဆုံး Drone ထုတ်လုပ်သူ တရုတ်ကုမ္ပဏီ DJI က အမေရိကန်မှာ Ban ခံရတော့မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ New York Times ရဲ့ သတင်းအရ US Congress က National Security Concerns တွေကြောင့် DJI Drones တွေကို တားမြစ်မယ့် ဥပဒေ ပြဌာန်းဖို့ ပြင်ဆင်နေပါပြီ။

 DJI က Global Drone Market ရဲ့ 70% ကျော် ထိန်းချုပ်ထားပြီး အမေရိကန်မှာလည်း Consumer နဲ့ Commercial Drone အများစုက DJI Products တွေပါ။ Photographers, Filmmakers, Farmers, Construction Companies, Emergency Services အားလုံး DJI Drones တွေကို မှီခိုအားထားနေကြပါတယ်။

 Ban လုပ်ရတဲ့ အကြောင်းရင်းက Data Security ပေါက်ကြားမှာ စိုးရိမ်တဲ့ အချက်ကြောင့်ပါ။ DJI Drones တွေက Flight Data, Images, Videos တွေကို Chinese Servers ဆီ ပို့နေတယ်လို့ US Officials တွေက စွပ်စွဲပါတယ်။ Critical Infrastructure တွေ၊ Military Bases တွေရဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေ Chinese Government လက်ထဲ ရောက်နိုင်တယ်လို့ စိုးရိမ်ကြပါတယ်။ Chinese Military နဲ့ DJI ကြား ဆက်စပ်မှု ရှိတယ်လို့ Intelligence Reports တွေက ပြောပါတယ်။

 DJI က ဒီ စွပ်စွဲချက်တွေကို ငြင်းဆိုထားပါတယ်။ User Data တွေကို China မပို့ဘူး၊ Local Storage Option ရှိတယ်လို့ ပြောပါတယ်။ Independent Security Audits တွေ လုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး ဘာပြဿနာမှ မတွေ့ခဲ့ဘူးတဲ့။ Commercial Company တစ်ခုသာ ဖြစ်ပြီး Military Ties မရှိဘူးလို့ ငြင်းဆိုပါတယ်။

 Ban ရဲ့ Impact က ကြီးမားပါမယ်။ လယ်သမားတွေက စိုက်ခင်းစောင့်ကြည့်ရေး အတွက် DJI Drones တွေအပေါ် မှီခိုနေကြပါတယ်။ Film Industry က Aerial Shots အတွက် DJI Equipment တွေ သုံးနေကြပါတယ်။ အရေးပေါ်ကယ်ဆယ်ရေး တွေရဲ့ Search and Rescue Operations မှာ DJI Drones မရှိမဖြစ် လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ တခြားရွေးချယ်စရာတွေရှိပေမယ့်လည်း Options နည်းပါးပြီး ပိုစျေးကြီးပါတယ်။

 American Drone ထုတ်လုပ်သူ တွေက ဒီ Ban ကို ကြိုဆိုကြပါတယ်။ Skydio, Autel Robotics စတဲ့ US Companies တွေက Market Share ရဖို့ အခွင့်အရေး မြင်နေကြပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် DJI ရဲ့ Technology နဲ့ Price Point ကို ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ဖို့ ခက်ခဲနေဆဲပါ။

 Geopolitical Implications လည်း ရှိပါတယ်။ US-China Tech War ရဲ့ နောက်ထပ် Chapter တစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာပါပြီ။ Huawei, TikTok ပြီးရင် DJI က နောက်ထပ် Target ဖြစ်လာတာပါ။ China က လက်တုံ့ပြန်တဲ့ အနေနဲ့ US Tech Companies တွေကို ပြန်တားမြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

 သုံးစွဲသူဖက်မှာတော့ DJI Drone Owners တွေအနေနဲ့ Service နဲ့ Parts တွေမရတော့တာ၊ Software Updates မရတော့လို့ Features တွေ သုံးလို့ မရတော့တာ၊ ပြန်လည်ရောင်းချဖို့ခက်ခဲသွားနိုင်တာနဲ့  Drone အသစ်တွေ ဝယ်ဖို့ ရွေးချယ်စရာ နည်းပြီး စျေးကြီးသွားနိုင်တာမျိုးတွေ ဖြစ်လာနိုင်ပါတယ်။
